The Blackberry Playbook will be a definite Ipad competitor. Coming from such a quality company as Research in Motion, it will not dissipoint many. It has a 7 inch screen which is smaller than the Ipad. Its computing runs on a Blackberry OS 6 and it will have a 1Ghz dual core processor. It will thus easily handle mutlitasking and single tasks will be done quickly. It has a mini HDMI port, 2 quality cameras, and will run flash,html5, and java. The one downside is that it will not have the old blackberry apps. Development of new apps is needed.Blackberry Playbook not yet for sale, coming Q1 2011

The Samsung Galaxy Tablet is a very high rated Tablet PC. It is smaller than the Ipad at 7 inches and is also slimmer. This makes the Samsung Galaxy Tablet a tad more portable. The cool thing about it is that it has 3g calling, texting, and videocalling. 3g comes through any of the 4 main 3g carriers in the US. It has Wireless N Wifi which is amazingly fast. It can connect to Bluetooth 3.0. The Samsung Galaxy tab has two cameras: a front facing 1.3MP and a rear facing 3MP. It has a 7 hour battery life compared with Ipad's 10 hours. The Samsung Galaxy tab is fully compatible with Google Apps. Overall this is a great buy if you just are not "feeling" the Ipad.Samsung Galaxy Tab Official
